Hotel Ruidoso

Everything was nice, good service, stunning location really close to the center as well as all the shops and restaurants. Booked a room with great views of the mountains.

Thanks for the very good stay on vacation. The staff is attentive, affable. Impressive brand-new rooms, they are provided with the ice and a refrigerator, as for instance. The location is comfy and handy, just a short stroll away from Grindstone Lake. Close to the hotel there are restaurants and bars. The restaurant serves hot Italian food. I would recommend the property.

A mixed bag of experiences

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions and eateries. Our room offered a cozy retreat after a day full of adventure.

We faced significant cleanliness issues, including unvacuumed floors and remnants from previous guests. It was annoying to have to request cleaning .

It was close to everything and a nice place to stay. It offered good deals on Booked.net during the week.

The heater was not quite adequate for the temperature to sleep at night and the bedding was not warm enough. The thermostat only went up to 78 and the weather was winter mountain cold. I had to pile all the pillows around and on me to keep warm. I also folded the quilt over twice on top of me for more warmth.

Location was perfect for exploring, and the hotel offered a cozy, warm atmosphere. The indoor pool was a delight, and the spa had some nice amenities.

The cleanliness was questionable-definitely don't expect to find hidden treasures like a chicken bone on the floor.

the location is fantastic for exploring, and despite a couple of hiccups, the staff truly tries to accommodate guests; don't forget to enjoy the free parking!

The views from our room were amazing, especially at sunset. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby trails and even went snow skiing, a fantastic family adventure. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the staff were really good too keep everything clean.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better organized. It took too long to refill items.

Loved the live sports events and the nearby golf course. Our room was smoke-free with a nice clean bathroom.

perfect spot for park views and local attractions

during my stay, I loved how close we were to Wingfield Park, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Ruidoso River Museum that showcased wonderful local art and history, making our strolls both scenic and enriching.

Had a wonderful stay with my family! The room was spacious with great sleeping arrangements and an indoor pool that the kids loved. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, definitely a highlight!

Clean rooms and a great breakfast with both hot and cold options. Location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. The check-in process took longer than expected, and the noise level from outside was disruptive at times.

The room had sleeping arrangements for 6, but it was not thoroughly cleaned.
